Steve Ledbetter

Steve is a consultant and coaching professional with over thirty years of management consulting, operations, and organizational development experience. His PhD research focused on Servant Leadership (working with industry experts Jim Laub, Greg Stone, and Bruce Winston) and was cited by the Greenleaf Institute and in subsequent research initiatives.

Steve’s passion is to help clients realize significant business performance improvement in the Aerospace Defense, Oil & Gas, Government, and Nuclear industries through implementation of complex results-focused programs. From innovation through final delivered product, programs have achieved sustainable bottom-line results by connecting performance coaching with implementation of processes including project execution, supply chain management, integrated planning and scheduling, asset effectiveness, and major cost reduction efforts applying Operational Excellence and process improvement methods.

Steve has extensive experience across a number of major MRO, Aerospace, and Defense clients to improve organizational capability, operational excellence, cost performance, integrated planning and scheduling, and project execution.
